Our team cannot gurantee that it's as secure as a bank would, but we would say that it's just secure enough that no payments can be made from attackers.

Well, we did copied the template and changed it should it would fit ours and we made it at the bottom to say: Not a member of: KHQR
Is it available to the public?
Unfortunately, no. It's not for public yet, but you can wait as it should probably be available for users & clients on December 2023 or later.
